Operations Gate Equipment Receive Orders Equipment Receive Orders view ERO Inspector

The ERO Inspector displays the details of the selected Equipment Receive Order (ERO) and enables you to perform various actions on it. The ERO Inspector provides a view of all aspects of the selected ERO from the perspective of the facility in the current scope. See where EROs fit in the Gate Operations process.

You can keep the ERO Inspector open at all times as you work in other views and forms, and you can move and resize it as needed. When you update the selected ERO, N4 automatically refreshes the information displayed in the ERO Inspector.

The basic information for an ERO displays in the following areas:

ERO: The left area displays the equipment order number for the selected ERO
Status: The middle area displays the ERO details, such as line operator, quantity, tally in count, and whether the ERO contains order items for reefer containers.
Shipment Info: The right area displays the shipment information, such as complex, destination, shipper, trucking company, and the agent for the selected ERO.

The Details pane (on page 1) displays additional ERO information below the button.

To display the Details pane:

Click .

From the list on the left, select the type of information to display.

To perform actions:

Click Actions to display the menu.

Select the required menu option.
