Description: Provides administrators with the ability to restrict access to the pencil in the Reefer Details window (Container Reefer Details), effectively making it read-only. When RFDTPN is set to Y, users assigned to the group with this privilege have access to update reefer detail records. When RFDTPN is set to N, the title of the Reefer Details window displays as Reefer Details (View only).
