Description: Enables user access to the File Export SPARCS-Only Data... and File Import SPARCS-Only Data... menu items. This feature is used to seed a new system without previous XPS data. It must be used when the user is in solo mode and it cannot be used to update or synchronize data.
To reduce chances of error, Navis recommends only turning the 'SPODAT' privilege to 'ON' when you are ready to export, and to turn it back to 'OFF' as soon as it is no longer needed for import.
