You can add work queue activities before, after, or within work-queue blocks. XPS displays activity information in the Shift Activity Report (on page 1) and when you click the activity icon in a work-queue block.
The activities that are available for work queues or crane shifts in XPS depend on the activities defined in the N4 client (Configuration Other
Crane Delay Types
Crane Delay Types view). N4 refers to these activities as crane delays. Any activities with a black dot in the For Queue or For Shift column in the Crane Delay Types view becomes available in XPS.
To create new activities or make existing activities available in XPS, use the N4 client Configuration

To add a work queue activity:
In the Quay Commander window, click a work-queue block.
From the Actions menu, select Create Activity for Selected Queues.
In the Edit Queue Activity dialog box, set the activity time.
Set the duration in the format hh:mm.
From the Activity list, select an activity type, such as hatch move, break, or change shift.
In the Remarks field, type a note of up to 30 characters (including spaces).
Click OK.
