Description: The total number of RTG/RMG-type CHEs to be used in a single yard block. Not applicable for ASCs or straddles. This parameter supports forklift block types and mixed CHE environments. The maximum RTGs in a block should be considered equal to or less than the maximum RTGs in a lane (CFGRLN (on page 1)) and total RTGs (CFGRTL (on page 1)).
