Type: Vessel AutoStow parameter
Description: A penalty for selecting twin moves from different sections. This penalty encourages AutoStow to select containers from the same section. Suitable for twin capable straddle carriers or single lift RTG and front loader type CHE that are loading 2x20' to a single truck or transfer zone.
Not strictly used for straddles twin lifting. This should encourage twin-liftable pairs, adjacent stacks, same tier.
