In the Problem Solution view, select the problem solution created for Tower Checker and click Actions 
Refresh Selected Jobs to start the background job.
Before you start using the Tower Checker, you must configure Navis N4 for your site to include settings, background jobs, code extensions, etc.
Configuring Tower Checker in N4 includes:
Creating a job group for tower checker.
Creating a job configuration for tower checker.
Creating a problem solution for TOWER_CHECKER at the facility level and associating the job group and job configuration.
Running the background job.
To launch the Tower Checker background job:
Login at the facility level in N4.
In the Problem Solution view, select the problem solution created for Tower Checker and click Actions Refresh Selected Jobs to start the background job.
