Description: The maximum number of days an empty container can dwell in the yard and still receive the DLVDTH (on page 1) bonus for import delivery. If the dwell time is less than the value set for DLVDWL (on page 1), the DLVDTH bonus is not applied. See Creating a delivery strategy for delivering empties by dwell time for details.
