Description: This penalty applies one of the following applicable penalties when you deck a container on the top of planned containers in a yard stack, effectively overriding STKFET if it is set.

• STKPFM (on page 1)

• STKPFH (on page 1)

• STKPFL (on page 1)

• STKREH (on page 1)

• STKMIX (on page 1)

Values:

0: Expert Decking does not apply any of  the above mentioned penalties when you deck a container to a yard stack having planned containers.

1: Expert Decking applies one of the above mentioned penalties that is applicable (and not STKFET) if all the following conditions are met:

• Container is decked to a yard stack that has a planned container

• Decking container must depart by vessel mode

• Container category of the decking container must be either Restow, Tranship, Export, or Storage.

In addition to the above mentioned conditions, either one or all of the following constraints should be met to apply the applicable penalties:

1. If the stacking factor of both the decking container and planned container from yard stack matches, then ED applies the penalty STKPFM.

2. If the stacking factor of both the decking container and planned container from yard stack do not match, and if the depart mode of both the decking and planned container do not match, then:

• ED applies the penalty STKREH if the planned container depart mode is not vessel or if the decking container's carrier departs later than the planned container.

• ED applies the penalty STKMIX if the above scenario does not apply

3. ED applies the penalty STKMIX if both the constraints (a) and (b) do not apply.

Note: This penalty is applicable for both the ASC and non-ASC blocks.
